NOTE: We currently ship orders to Europe (including Turkey, but excluding Germany due to prosecution threats, and Russia, Belarus, Ukraine due to the war), to the Americas (North, Center and South), Australia and New Zealand, as well as selected Asian countries (India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan). We use various carrier services and their options, too complex to calculate in advance. For the U.S., we charge shipping charges close to USPS Media Mail rates, but for your and our convenience reserve the right to use other USPS methods or even other carriers, if safer, better trackable, more convenient and not too expensive. For mailings abroad, we use USPS international shipping or similar services, again depending on the best options.
Our orders ship only after we have received payment. Exceptions may apply, in particular to wholesale customers. Orders are shipped from the U.S. (stocked items), or from various places (print-on-demand items), depending on the delivery address. Shipping charges are calculated under the assumption that shipping origin is the U.S. This results in high shipping charges for delivery addresses outside the U.S. and Canada. You shipping addresses to those countries, you may want to check shipping costs of our UK store, which may be considerably cheaper.
Note that our shipping services require a contact phone number to reach the recipient of the order in case of delivery problems. Hence, we cannot place an order unless we enter such a phone number, which is why we have made entering a phone number mandatory when checking out.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping for orders exceeding $200, and sent to shipping addresses in the contiguous continental USA.
- We offer free shipping for orders exceeding $250, and sent to shipping addresses in Alaska, Canada and Hawaii
- We offer free shipping for orders exceeding $400, and sent to shipping addresses in Rest of the World.
Returns & Complaints
As long as an order has not yet been irrevocably processed, you have a right of withdrawal. However, once an order has been irrevocably processed, meaning we cannot stop the shipping process anymore, the order is final. We do NOT take any returns of undamaged items that you ordered and which have been delivered to you.
If our shipment arrives with any damage, with incomplete or incorrect contents, we will strive to correct this at no charge to you. In such a case, please contact us using our contact page.
Validity
Our offers last until revoked and as long as stock lasts.
