After mulling over how best to accomplish this, it’s been decided earlier this year to set up an independent company in the U.S. The company formed is called “Flodur Ramreg Services LLC” (FR Services, for short). This company has a franchise agreement with Armreg UK, permitting it to use the doing-business-as name “Armreg US”, its logo, and the domain name armreg.us. Moreover, this agreement allows FR Services to use some of Armreg UK’s established sales and marketing infrastructure, until they develop their own.
